VENDORS AND TOUR GUIDES WANTED
VENDORS
Thank you for being a part of The Night Market at The VAPA Center. Your participation helps create a unique and memorable experience for our community!
- Event Timing: Artists must be in place and ready to receive visitors no later than 5:45 pm.
- Participation: While participation is not mandatory, it is highly recommended to engage with the community and showcase your work.
- Vending Locations: Paid tour guides will lead visitors to vending locations on all three floors: Lobby B, Amethyst Gallery, and Aqua Gallery.
- Performance Scheduling: Performances will be held in areas adjacent to vending locations with staggered schedules: 6 pm – 7 pm, 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm, and 9 pm – 10 pm.
- Required: Create a graphic using the link sent to you via email, send VAPA a copy and post it to your social media tagging @thevapacenter and @tdbank_us.
- Arrival: Please arrive at VAPA no later than 5:30 in order to set up and be ready to go by 5:50. Vendors must remain in place until 9:30.

Tour Guides
The Night Market has artists throughout the building and we would like to have Tour Guides to help steer visitors to all parts of the building. Tour guides will be compensated 20.00 per hour.
